Bento Replacement

I am a physician who thru the course of 25+ years of practice had built up a database of 1500 notes on various conditions and procedures. This started on an HP LX200, moved to a Palm, and eventually ended up in Bento on my iPhone. Every time technology upgraded significantly I would have to export all my data and find something to transfer it to. Bento was perfect for this. Easy set up, sync and use. When Filemaker stopped selling and supporting Bento (a stupid decision IMHO) I struggled to find a replacement, but now I have.

Tap Forms is simple to use, fairly intuitive, and easily syncs with your iPhone. The perfect replacement. In fact so simple that I am moving several Filemaker databases to Tap Forms.
